Open Product Feeds → Status

It reports PHP, WordPress and WooCommerce versions, whether Action Scheduler is available, the feed storage directory and whether it is writable. Copy that screen into your message.
Read the last generation log

Product Feeds → Logs records every run, including the products that were skipped and why. With Pro debug logging on it names each one.
Check the troubleshooting page

Empty feeds, 404 feed URLs, runs that never finish and Merchant Center fetch errors each have a documented cause.
