Refund Policy

If Advanced Product Feed Pro does not work for your store, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the order in full. No questions asked, although we would love to know what went wrong.

How to request a refund

1. Use the support form or email [email] with your order number.
2. We process refunds within 3 business days to the original payment method.
3. The licence key is disabled when the refund is issued; the free plugin keeps working.

Renewals

Renewal orders are refundable within 14 days as long as no Pro update has been downloaded in the renewed period.
