Licence facts
How the licence works
Seats and moving sites
A plan includes 1, 5 or 25 sites. Each activation takes a seat bound to that site’s URL; re-activating the same site is free.
To move a seat, deactivate it under Product Feeds → License on the old site, or release it from My account → Licenses. A staging copy counts as a site unless you deactivate it there.
Renewals and expiry
Every plan includes one year of updates and support. Licences do not renew automatically; we email you 14 days and 1 day before expiry.
After expiry Pro features lock and updates stop. Your feeds keep being served from the same URLs and the free plugin keeps working. Renewing extends the same key.
14-day refund
If Pro does not work for your store, tell us within 14 days of purchase and we refund the order in full, no questions asked.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 3 business days. The key is disabled when the refund is issued; the free plugin keeps working.
How many sites can I use a licence on?
As many as the plan you buy: 1, 5 or 25. A staging site counts as a site unless you deactivate the licence there before cloning to production.
Is Pro a separate plugin?
Pro is an add-on installed next to the free plugin. Both share the same feeds, settings and URLs, so activating or removing Pro never breaks a feed you have registered with a channel.
What happens when my licence expires?
Pro features lock and updates stop; your feeds keep being served and the free plugin keeps working. Renew from My account at any time to unlock again with the same key.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes: 14 days, no questions asked, if the plugin does not work for your store. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 3 business days.
